With 506. England scored the fifth-most runs in a single day of Test matches.
This is the third time in Test matches that England’s four batsmen have scored 100 or more runs in an innings, and it is the first time they have done so against Pakistan. Their other two instances occurred against Australia at Nottingham in 1938 and the West Indies at Lord’s in 2007.
Harry Brook beat Zak Crawley’s earlier 86-ball century by scoring the third-fastest century for England in Test matches—and the fastest century by an English batsman—against Pakistan.

Ollie Pope scored England’s ninth-fastest century in Test matches with a 90-ball tonne.

At Stumps. England’s first inning scored 506-4 in 75 overs, with Zak Crawley scoring the most with 122 off 111 balls. This was Crawley’s third test hundred and second century against Pakistan in tests. He also hit 21 fours for a strike rate of 109.90.

In his third Test century and his first century against Pakistan in Tests, Ollie Pope smashed 108 off 104 balls. including 14 fours and a strike rate of 103.84.

Ben Duckett scored his first century. 107 off 110 balls. with 15 fours and a strike rate of 97.27. Harry Brook scored his first Test century, 101 off 81 balls, unbeaten, with 14 fours and two sixes and a strike rate of 124.69.

Joe Root scored 23 off 31 balls. including three fours. while Ben Stokes smashed an unbeaten 34 from 15 balls that containe  six fours and a six.
