The central contract for Martin Guptill has expired. New Zealand Cricket (NZC) announced on Wednesday (November 23). According to the board. The 36-year-old batsman made the request so that he may “pursue playing possibilities overseas.”

NZC stat in a release that it had reached an agreement with Guptill that his request for a release should be grant immediately. NZC has made it plain to him that. While he would still be eligible for selection. Players with central or domestic contracts would still receive preference.
